What a wonderful tutorial! I have one question: Do you use the same size petal cutter for all the petal layers?

Thank you Teresa, yes it is the same cutter for each petal, I love the Jem Large rose set, it’s cheap & fantastic you can also make varying sizes using other cutter sizes but using same size for all petals
