I couldn’t agree more with you! As a hobby baker it’s lovely to have so many tutorials, tips and pictures of amazing cakes to show what can be done. I’m always amazed at what you can find on this site and just by googling “how do I…..” and all put there by amazingly talented people who are willing to share their skills and knowledge. I never underestimate the time it takes to put many of these together – and time being so precious nowadays, this is perhaps one of the greatest gifts that can be given. So I would like to join you in thanking everyone for their time and sharing too x
