Hi Nijo, for a simple cake like this one, personally, I prefer roses without cutters, they are all different and therefore look also natural. First step: make a little cone for the centre. For the petals: make a small ball (big like a finger nail) and put it between two lyers of cling film, press it lightly with your fingers until it looks like a real petal. Make several petals and stick them round the cone, bigger petals for the external part. Sorry Nijo, my english is probably not that good but I really hope this helps you.
