Hello, yes, plain fondant most of the time. I sometimes add some cmc powder if I need it to dry quickly, but I think the secret is a super sharp knife. Then I use a plastic blade and colour shapers to add the detailing. I’m not an expert though! Mostly making it up as I go along… ;)
