I love my cakes ....they are my little(and sometimes large!!!)creations. Most of all I love to nurture the ideas of people who come to me requesting a cake for there family.

Always learning and looking for inspiration ...even after completing my pastry chef apprenticeship 22 years ago at a cafe/patisserie in coogee Sydney .

My main aim with my cake creating is to try and tell a story and create a feeling,to touch the recipient of the cake by the over all look and feel(and taste!)

Every cake that I see inspires me in some way .....so,thank you all .
