I'm a relatively new cake designer based in the North East of England. In theory, I'm retired ( I was a headteacher in a previous existence!), but I'm finding myself busier than ever and rarely a day goes by when I'm not making cakes.
I'm my own biggest critic and having looked at the cakes displayed on this forum I feel hopelessly under-qualified! But I live by the premise that practice makes perfect!
