This cake was made as a raffle prize for the local Allotment Show.

It’s a 10" square chocolate sponge, ganached and with the sides covered in wood-effect strips that resemble a vegetable crate.

It’s topped with nine sub-divisions, each of which is filled with chocolate soil and a variety of vegetables, fruit and flowers.
