I made this to celebrate my niece Julia Roberts (not the movie star) 21st birthday. All I was told were the colour theme of the party and I had free reign to do whatever I pleased. I have had this design in my head for some time now, just waiting for the right occasion. I am over the moon with it, even looks better than I could have imagined.
