My cake submission printed in Cake Central Magazine’s December Issue- Volume 4 Issue 12. I’m very proud to be ending the year with two submissions in this magazine. It was an was amazing to be asked and an honour to be chosen. The themed photo they gave me to gather inspiration from was a big reindeer and trees, birds and ribbons. I thought I’d create something that I probably would never get asked to do and added in some of my fave signature ruffles to the cake. As usual, it was a tight deadline and I’m happy with the result given my time frame. Special thanks to Paolo Cristante, who is a talented photographer and amazing at his craft..he always makes my cakes look good! Thanks Paolo!
