A nice quick way to do Lalaloopsy. I textured the hair with a corduroy roller and then cut shapes with a bone cutter for some of the pigtails and floral cutter for some of the styles and the fringes. Lalaloopsy cupcakes can be done very nicely in great detail, but sometimes it is difficult to get the detail at a low price. So I had to cut on time. xxx
