This is my 2nd ever 3 Tier Wedding cake. All tiers were sticky date cake torted with caramel buttercream and covered in white chocolate ganache and fondant. The bottom tier featured ribbon, lace and brooch detail to match the wedding invitations, the middle tier featured quilting and silver cachous, finished with matching ribbon and the top tier featured a simple stencil and was also finished with a matching ribbon. The whole cake was sprayed with pearl lustre. The cake also featured fresh flowers and a wire topper with the couple’s names.
