The largest cake I have made to date for my very special friend blossom’s birthday.

2 tiers of boozy fruit, chocolate mud and angel (fat free) cake, lots of bling for black and diamonds themed party.

Really enjoyed making the sugar flowers which are set in a dummy so she has a keepsake as have been attending classes for this very occasion, roses and freesia (hence her nickname) are her favourite blooms.
