Tonight Julia will get this surprise for her 18th birthday. The request was two way: dutch (Venlo’s) carnaval which has the colors blue, red and yellow and music, because Julia is a singer. The cake is filled with Bastogne-cookie-filling, caramel and iced with milk-chocolate-ganache.
