Can you say i love making ruffles??? i know it’s a bit tedius to make ruffles but something about it makes me relax. It’s been a VERY busy weekend for me as I was preparing the dessert table and giveaways for my little god daughter Abbie’s birthday. Love how everything (as simple as it is) came together in the end. The cake i thought was sort of an amalgamation of different ruffle techniques, thinking that it was an original but i have to say that after browsing the internet, turns out it’s not. I believe Maggie Austin made something like this as well but in purple and the little girl represents little abbie wearing her traditional korean birthday outfit :)
