It was St Patrick’s day, but it was also my little sisters 17th birthday, so no contest!!
I thoroughly enjoyed making her this girly pink giant cupcake for her special day.
It’s a vanilla sponge with strawberry jam and vanilla butter cream filling and she loved it :) xx
