Sugar Skull

Cake artists from around the world joined together in a collaboration titled Sugar Skull Bakers! This is my contribution!! To see the entire thing- visit our page!

My cow skull is hand molded from cereal treats covered in modeling
Chocolate and PME Sugarpaste. Hand painted using The Sugar Art colors. The cake is covered in PME Sugarpaste as well, and distressed with modeling tools. The rustic look is achieved by layering airbrush colors and The Sugar Art dusts mixed with vodka. Thanks for looking!!

One of my favorites of all your work!!!
I would hang this on my wall if I could!!

Woah!!!! I posted this before going to bed last night – not expecting much reaction, as Im quite new to the site and have few followers. Y’all have made my day with your kind words! Thank you so much!! :) And thanks Sharon for sharing on FB! You’re such a sweetie!

The best thing about taking part in these collaboration projects isn’t the attention you get….. But about the new friendships you make!!
