This is the type of cake I love making most….one where a child’s imagination has run riot and picked all their favourite things.
Little Greer really wanted an Ariel cake, but instead of a mermaid tail she wanted her in a dress, with an under the sea theme, but…..with strawberries round her!!!
The cake has a few little fish round the sides too which you can’t see on the picture.
I was so lucky to see Greer’s face when she first saw her cake and it was priceless…..she absolutely loved it. Moments like that make this job so rewarding.
