This year for my parents Golden Wedding, I am making their cake. The bottom tier is a very drunk rich fruit cake, the middle tier is a 4 layer alternating toffee/chocolate cake with toffee buttercream and the top tier is a white chocolate sponge with lemon zest buttercream, All of the flowers are handmade from flowerpaste and are 100% edible.
