Here is my second entry to the sculpted cake at the Cake Show – Montreal – Expo de gâteaux. I included picture of how it was made. Vanilla Cake assemble with white chocolate ganache, the cover with white chocolate and cake ganache. Finally it was covered with fondant. the cake weight 50 pounds and is 25 inches high, it took me about 15 hour to make. making shure that it got there OK, was the biggest stress. I won 3rd prize with it.
