I loved making this special cake for a couple who do karate ;-) hence the topper… They asked me to make one, as well as handmade purple and cream roses… So this was the end result…. The most stressful journey I have ever made… The top tier was a carrot and orange cake, second tier was strawberry and vanilla cream cake, third was vanilla sponge and bottom was red velvet xx

Great cake Lucy and I love your ombre roses they are gorgeous. I left a little comment for you on my sailboat cake but basically you need to give the ruffles a try , they are easy and I have faith that you can pull them off with no problem. Keep up the good work.Shags
