This was a really challenging project. I wanted to capture both the main character Fizz from League of Legends and his Ultimate – the Shark. So, I opted to create the Shark from the cake itself, which I sculpted in order to give it a more ‘shark-like’ aspect. The fin was made using pastillage and for the water around the body I used royal icing in shades of blue and white. Fizz was quite interesting as he had very thin legs which needed to carry the weight of his body. In the end, I think the project came out great. It certainly was a huge success with the children!
