I was asked to design a peacock inspired cake. Each tier of this cake reflects a section of the peacock. The bottom tier mirrors the long tail feathers. The green and gold ruffle middle tier mirrors the peacocks body and the blue top tier mirrors the peacocks neck and head. It’s the most unusual wedding request I have had to date but enjoyed making it.
