I loved making this cake… Cowboy 2 tier for little Raef’s birthday… the stetson is made from rkt, then painted to give the distressed look … painted paisley print on top tier… all Madagascan Vanilla sponge soaked with vanilla syrup, filled with buttercream and raspberry jam… nom nom nom!

There were 24 cupcakes to accompany this cake… quite stupidly I only managed a phone photo of them… will see what I can do with it!!

Raef’s Mummy was a keen coordinator of theme and colour… can’t wait to see the pix of the event, they’ll be fabulous!!
