This romantic chocolate cake was a model of a special secret place for a couple. Bothys in Scotland are usually little cottages or sheds out in the wilderness that walkers and climbers can use for respite. Being in such rural locations they are usually wild but very beautiful. This one is in the west Highlands, I can’t remember the name of it
