Bottom cake was gingerbread spice with cream cheese swiss meringue buttercream, top tier was strawberry with cream cheese SMB. Cake is buttercream covered. Bottom tier has piped colored icing for the design and the top tier had a square fondant piece with fondant “K” with darker pink band around the cake. This was part of a dessert table for a friend’s surprise party and I had a BLAST throwing the whole thing together for her.
