so this one was a bit of a sore point for me. The bride, sweet as butter when she originally came into the shop, wanted a single 6" tier, with bling in quilting and a single large impact fantasy flower. She pulled a number of ‘fast ones’ on me and other staff which I won’t go into here, and when she came to collect the cake she said “is that it?” emphasis on the ‘it’. I was horrified as it was exactly what she’d asked for. Anyway she again pulled a couple of fast ones on me and another staff member, and I now think that she purposely tried to put me off balance so that I’d be less aware of her scamming. She ripped of the shop about $200 worth of stuff. A real nasty piece of work. Anyway, here’s the cake, and if I ever see that nasty little number again I’ll be sure to give her a piece of my mind :(
