Unfortunately, the lady who ordered this cake, did not collect it. So I auctioned it on my page and donated the proceeds to the royal children’s hospital. I learnt a valuable lesson about deposits that day! The colour is washed out in the second photo , but is accurate in the other two.

Completely agree with everyone – what a great way to turn around a bad situation! Yes, deposits are a must for me unless they are immediate family or very good friends.
