Congrats to Adam & Elaine – their wedding day is today! :) super excited for them!
Elaine’s mum makes cakes, but was flying over to NZ from Brazil & it was all a bit much to expect her to make the cake, especially when she doesn’t speak english & had none of her supplies with her. SO this cake is based off one that she has made.
The couple loved the cake – phew!! :) 8" & 10" white chocolate mud cakes with white chocolate ganache.
