Yellow Fin Tuna, A Groom's Cake

1/4 sheet cake with a ‘wooden cutting board’, and a yellow fin tuna. The tuna’s body was shaped with rkt and covered with gray fondant. It was then dusted with pearl luster dust and hand painted with lemon extract and Americolor food gels.
