I made this Cake for my little cousin Ava, I must admit I’d not even heard of Lalaloopsy until she had requested her for the birthday cake….
The base cake was chocolate mud and the second plus the doll itself were made from marshmallow and rice crispies then covered in sugar paste…the doll itself was very straight forward although fairly time consuming but distributing the weight due to the size of the head was a little bit tricky as I needed to get it very sturdy due to a fair car trip with the cake at the end of it.
It really is fun using all the bright colours required for this one and to see darling little Ava’s face was priceless :)
