Made this cake back in May 2011 it was a White Cake, with 2 layers of strawberries w/White Chocolate Buttercream!! I didn’t have Gum-paste to make the roses, I know shame on me, but the fondant still worked out great for these handmade roses!!! Edna De La Cruz’s tutorial was great!!!
