yay, My first wedding cake of the season is done. I loved, loved, loved, this cake and didn’t want to part with it. I haven’t had that feeling for a long time. it was just so pretty, much prettier than it looks in my picture. I just love how the diamantes sparkle under the light. My favourite is the bottom tier with the lace mold. I found a gorgeous piece of lace and made a mold out of it. I was very happy with how it turned out. You cant tell from the picture but the lace actually looks all shimmery like the fantasy lillies.

I wish I got a picture of a slice of the cake as I did it in all ombre pink inside. That would definitely have surprised the guests at this wedding :-)
