These are four cakes that I made to illustrate “The Art of Ruffles” that I was demonstrating in the classrooms each day last weekend at The Cake & Bake Show London 2013 representing Fair Cake (I am a tutor there).

I was delighted to find that Cakes Decor were covering the event, see the blog post here. It was lovely to meet Sameera and I am very pleased that she liked my class.

It was a great show, lots of fabulous cakes to see and lovely people to meet.
