The skirt is madagascan vanilla sponge layered with madagascan vanilla buttercream and Nutella (birthday girls fave spread). Torso is modelling chocolate. Accessories all made with gumpaste. Only the pink over skirt was pre-coloured paste. Additional colours were airbrushed, including the board.
