This was a wedding cake for an outdoor event at a forest preserve. Four offset tiers with fondant twig border with handmade sugar flowers consisting of sunflowers, ranunculus, billy balls, pulled sugar flowers and berries. Though the weather presented a bit of an issue, I was very happy with how this cake and the sugar flowers came out.
