This 2 tier mermaid cake is requested for a sweet girl’s 4th birthday party. She really loves The Little Mermaid as you can tell. Figurines are made from gumpaste and everything else fondant. I had so much fun making this cake along with the seashells, corals, leaves etc. The birthday girl was jumping up and down, clapping her hands when she saw the cake. This is why I love doing cakes. =)
