This is of Tali from the video game Mass Effect. This cake was made for a charity event which was raising money for Child’s Play Charity and as a result was shipped across the Atlantic Ocean to the US. Gingerbread cake decorated with fondant and detailed with edible paint. I’ve included a before and after painting photo… I really rely on the paint to cover up the mess I make with the fondant!

This has to be my favourite of them all…thought you used a glaze on the helmet then realized it’s a painted effect! Just awesome =D
