This is the topper for my daughter’s birthday cake. The theme was from the CoCaLo Jacana crib bedding set which I love. The 3D “cupcake” itself was made from cereal treats covered with fondant. The “swirl” is just a thick snake of fondant covered with orange polka dotted fondant. TFL.
