I made this cake for my sons graduation from pastry school. Everything is edible! Pastry jacket is chocolate fudge covered in cookies and cream buttercream icing and then decorated with fondant. The hat is made from rice crispy treats and covered in fondant. The floor is also made out of fondant and all other accents on the board it’s on. Thanks for looking!! :D
