I absolutely adored making this cake – not just because I had free reign on the design or that the possibilities were endless but because it was for my best friend’s daughter which made it super personal & pure enjoyment to make. The bed is a vanilla cake filled with chocolate buttercream and all the fondant work is edible although I was reliably informed by the birthday girl herself that she wasn’t going to eat it! x
