This cake was my second take on the Chocolate Box design by Carol Deacon.
I wanted a stylish but simple presentation design to offer to a truly chocoholic. This was a chocolate mud cake with a chocolate and raspberry ganache filling, covered with sugar paste (sides and lid) and with two layers of real Lindt chocolates.
Its was chocolicious!!!
