Fairy Princess Two Tier cake made for Eliza Rae on her 1st birthday. The fairy princess is completely edible and made from fondant.. Cake is 10" chocolate crumb coated in milk chocolate ganache and then covered in fondant and 8" vanilla sponge filled with white chocolate ganache strawberry jam and crumb coated in a strawberry ganache.
