This 3 tier scaffolding wedding cake was ordered as a complete surprise for the Groom. Who as you guessed works as a scaffolder. 10" chocolate / 8" Strawberry and 6" lemon all filled and coated in ganache before covering in fondant. Bride and groom loved their cake.
