This cake was based upon a photo a mum sent me of her daughter in her ski suit. She was going skiing for her birthday and mum wanted a snow themed cake with a figure of the birthday girl in her ski suit alongside a snowman.
I love it when mums come up with personal, original and creative ideas for cakes.
The little figures are in fondant and the cake is white chocolate and vanilla….yummy :)
