I love this Diane! Was this a difficult technique to do? It looks so perfect!

Thank you Toni! Baking Arts has a dvd for how to wrap cakes with modeling chocolate. I received my dvd the day before the cake was due. I watched it but didn’t have all the tools I needed to do it the way they had shown. So I improvised with what I had. Leaving my stripes with move wave in them. Cant wait to try it again with the correct tools needed. The dvd is great they give you a recipe for modeling chocolate that is alittle different then the recipes Ive seen! It is a little more pliable than the other recipes. Heres a link to a video on the cake

Well, I’m not sure you could do any more of a perfect job with the correct tools, your improvising came up with a gorgeous result! Thanks also for posing the link to the video!
