A five inch smash cake iced with buttercream icing and fondant accents. this was for my grandson’s first birthday. I made cake, icing and fondant work , kept it separate, and traveled with it over 500 miles in order to celebrate his first birthday with family. I put it all together, on site, the day of the party.
