I seem to be making a huge amount of Big Cake Little Cakes at the moment, they’re so popular!

I particularly love this one as I have recently watched Despicable Me 2 with my daughter, and we both LOVED the mutant minions… so I was delighted to make this!

Did have to make a bit of a redesign from super-smooth main cake to purple fur as it was so hot the sugarpaste wasn’t playing ball… thank God for last minute creativity!!
