chocolate wrap cake

Inspired by Paul Bradford. This was our first attempt at a chocolate wrap cake which on a very hot day was the most stressful thing we’ve ever done. Several fans and very little sleep we finally managed to get it done. Will we be attempting it again……maybe if its 10°C :)
