The request for a Mexico theme cake but the lady did not drink so they wanted no alcohol beverages depicted on cake. I did the top tier with ruffles to symbolize the skirts that the lady dancers wear and the colors of the men’s poncho’s. She loved Mecixan tissue flowers so I also added some of those on there as well. Lots of color and fun was my goal.
