Made this with very short notice on a crazy busy weekend for a friends daughter turning 11 who loves owls & light Blue is one of her fave colours…..how I managed to get this cake made I still do not know as I was 1 chef down for the weekend & very busy cafe, a very long day, but she loved it & that’s what matters :-)
